• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of job‑related experience or a Master's degree
• Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance required at time of hire
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the work
• Experience with embedded real‑time operating systems and programming languages such as C/C++, Java, and Python preferred

• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Familiarity with embedded real‑time operating systems like VxWorks, Integrity, or Peta Linux
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive technical projects
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a creative approach
