Our client, a leading technology consulting company based in Arizona, is hiring multiple .NET Software Engineers to support new initiatives across government and private‑sector clients. This hybrid role (3 days onsite / 2 remote) is based in Tempe or Tucson, AZ. .NET software Engineers joining this team gain exposure to high‑visibility, forward‑thinking projects with modern technology and little maintenance work.

Our client is seeking mid‑ to senior‑level .NET engineers, including one who can step into a Tech Lead role. You’ll collaborate with an agile, fast‑moving team and work on greenfield applications. Contract Duration: 6 Months (Contract‑to‑Hire target at 6 months)

• 5 + years of professional experience with .NET / C#

• Recent, hands‑on Angular development

• Strong background with SQL Server and stored procedures

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services

• Experience building and maintaining enterprise web applications

• Ability to work hybrid in Tempe or Tucson 3 days per week

• Prior experience mentoring or leading development teams

• Knowledge of microservices architecture

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops best practices

• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders

• 10 % Database Design & SQL Performance Optimization

• 5 % Cloud Integration (Azure)

• 70% Hands‑On Development and Feature Delivery
