• Design and implement the athletic program for beach volleyball in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Supervise coaching personnel and students during all program activities.
• Serve as a positive role model and liaison between the school, community, and external organizations.
• Assess student athletes' performance and provide feedback.
• Develop practice routines and game strategies.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with district and state requirements.
• Promote the athletic program and increase participation.
• Ensure supervision and safety of all athletes and students involved.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate or Substitute Certificate.
• NFHS Level 2 Certification.
• Criminal Background Clearance and IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of injury prevention, safety protocols, and relevant laws.
• Ability to motivate students and enforce sportsmanship.

• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Travel to off-campus events as required.
