The Distribution Associate – Pharmaceutical plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of pharmaceutical and medical supply orders. This position is responsible for inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and warehouse organization while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and a strong team player.

• Opportunity to work directly with pharmaceutical repack operations and serial tracking systems, gaining specialized experience in a highly regulated and growing area of the business.

• This role reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the Distribution Lead and the rest of the distribution team.

• Pick, pack and ship outbound customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety guidelines including safe operation of hand trucks and other equipment as required.
• Utilize the Tracelink serial tracking system for all required products.
• Use Fed Ex/UPS systems to process shipments and invoices of customer orders.
• Ensure compliance with Young Innovations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and pharmaceutical industry requirements.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory replenishment, and physical inventory audits in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse including sweeping, dusting, trash disposal, organization of materials and other duties as needed.
• Determine appropriate cold ship packaging by destination.
• Overtime may be required as the needs of the business dictate.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, activities and projects.
• Complete the manufacturing repacking process.
• Create and expedite transfers of repack products to other warehouse locations.

• Adhere to QRA, safety and management directives or key initiatives.
• Manage and record all warehouse temperature and cleaning logs.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
