  • Lead buy‑versus‑build evaluations, including vendor discussions, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and analysis of requirements, integrations, scalability, security, data, total cost of ownership, and time to value.
  • Serve as the accountable Product Manager and product owner for internally built applications and assigned enterprise platforms, maintaining knowledge of capabilities, integrations, data flows, controls, and key user groups.
  • Guide products from concept through design, development or configuration, testing, implementation, go‑live, and post‑launch improvement while managing scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional delivery, user acceptance testing, readiness, training, communications, change management, and control‑function engagement; monitor product health, adoption, service quality, user satisfaction, and business outcomes.
