As a respected provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, Kinzua Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Baylor (RN) to join our dynamic team. Located in the heart of The Allegheny National Forest, we have been serving the Warren community for over 40 years, providing an active resident experience and quality care in a home-like environment.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse Baylor (RN), you will play a vital role in our evening shift team, providing exceptional patient care and services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of our residents
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to ensure prompt interventions
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Providing education and support to residents and their families
