Shift Pattern: 6am - 6pm, 4 on / 4 off

We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team, supporting both office and warehouse operations. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys switching between administrative duties and hands‑on warehouse tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Administration & Office Support
- Carrying out general administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, scanning, and data input.
- Monitoring stationery levels and ordering office supplies.
- Responding to internal and external email enquiries.
- Handling telephone calls and radio communications.
- Developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems.
- Resolving everyday administrative issues.
- Coordinating site activities and assisting colleagues, visitors, and external contacts.
- Managing all visitor paperwork, including work permits and health questionnaires.
- Transport & Order Processing
- Signing drivers in and out and ensuring procedures are followed.
- Booking transport through relevant customer portals and scheduling collections.
- Creating orders and associated paperwork, including downloading EDI orders.
- Updating whiteboards with daily orders and performance details.
- Confirming picked orders in internal systems and producing despatch notes.
- Booking in deliveries and updating stock on systems.
- Warehouse Support
- Reporting and dealing with stock issues.
- Picking customer orders when required.
- Loading and unloading trailers using a PPT (training provided).
- Supporting warehouse operations when needed - this is a dual office/warehouse role.
- Confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in administration, logistics, or warehousing is beneficial.
- Training provided on ERP and WMS systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
- Full training including PPT and system training.
- Supportive working environment.
- Consistent 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.
