We're now looking for an Operational Administrator
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Process and maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support the warehouse operation.
- Book in external hauliers and ensure all shipment information is accurate and up to date.
- Verify and maintain data on spreadsheets, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support to the wider warehouse and transport teams as required.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Strong administrative skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident IT user, with experience of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Previous experience within a warehouse environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
