Paint Technician

We now have an opportunity for a Bodyshop Vehicle Painter to join our team in Scunthorpe.

• To carry out vehicle body refinishing in an efficient, skilful manner.
• Prepare vehicles to be resprayed, mix paint to ensure correct colour matching.
• Plan work to ensure vehicles are ready when promised, in line with customer requirements.
• Use correct repair methods in line with manufacturers’ specifications.
• Refinish the vehicle right first time to eliminate wastage.
• Quality control own work for any defects prior to the vehicle going to be QC checked.
• Work over 100% efficiency.

• Be able to work independently whilst remaining part of a team.
• Be highly organised and flexible with their approach to work.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be focused on attention to detail.
