Our client, a leading and reputable franchise dealership in Scunthorpe, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team. Duties:
  • Perform comprehensive vehicle repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle faults efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Prepare clear, detailed reports and communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet operational targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in vehicle examinations and inspections as required.
  • Maintain workshop standards and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician position:
  • Fully qualified Automotive Technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a dealership environment is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • MOT Licence is highly advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
