Welcome customers both in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy Book and manage vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance using dealership management systems Prepare and oversee repair orders ensuring accuracy and detailed documentation Conduct vehicle check-ins, recording conditions and customer requirements accurately Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with regular updates Obtain customer approval for additional work and explain repair and maintenance recommendations Coordinate with Technicians, Workshop Controllers, and Parts staff to facilitate efficient workshop flow Arrange vehicle collections, deliveries, and customer handovers seamlessly Review vehicle history to identify preventative maintenance opportunities Support the daily operations of the Service Department and help with administrative duties Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction as the Senior Service Advisor Requirements of the Senior Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a motor dealership, preferably with commercial vehicles Excellent communication and customer care skills Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail Proficiency in dealership management software;
