You bring deep understanding of wealth management operating models along with practical knowledge of regulatory environments affecting client journeys. Your familiarity with leading platforms enables you to navigate complex system landscapes efficiently. In addition to technical proficiency in business analysis methodologies-such as process mapping or gap analysis-you possess strong interpersonal skills that foster trust among stakeholders.

Your ability to communicate clearly ensures alignment across teams while your organisational prowess allows you to juggle competing priorities effectively. A commitment to continuous improvement underpins your approach as you proactively seek opportunities for AI-driven enhancements. Proven expertise in Investment or Wealth operating models including client journeys, products, clients, and applicable regulation gained through hands-on experience. Experience delivering large-scale business or platform transformation programmes within the Wealth or Asset Management industry.

Demonstrated ability defining future-state business processes and operating models that align with strategic goals. Familiarity with platforms such as Aladdin, Temenos, Avaloq or similar systems would be advantageous. Experience applying AI and automation tools to improve productivity and enhance deliverable quality throughout the business analysis lifecycle. Comprehensive knowledge of core business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
