Permanent – Construction
£45k - £50k plus car or allowance
TSR Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a tier 2 regional contractor, recruiting for a new build and refurbishment experienced Site Manager to join their established and successful operational team based in Lincoln. This permanent role is to serve as number 1 site manager on new build and refurbishment schemes valued up to £5m. The contractor has a reputation for delivering a quality product with over 50 years of trading history and many long‑term staff.
The Role- Number 1 Site manager on a £5m new build project
- Manage and enforce Health and Safety
- Quality monitoring
- Subcontractor management
- Manage day to day activity
- Programme management
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- New build and refurbishment experience
- It Literate
- Good communication
- High standards
