Are you a friendly and customer-oriented individual with a passion for fitness and exceptional hospitality skills? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Front of House team member at Snap Fitness Spalding.

Role Overview

As a Gym Receptionist / Front of House team member, you will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring they have a positive and welcoming experience. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Manager position.

Your role will involve a variety of interactions, both in person and over the phone. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in delivering excellent customer service and fostering a supportive gym environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome members and guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and provide accurate information on memberships, services, and classes
  • Conduct confident and engaging tours of the facility
  • Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and payment handling
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and reception area
  • Respond to member feedback, inquiries, and concerns professionallyli>
  • Support trainers and team members where required
  • Stay up to date with current promotions, services, and events
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and motivating gym environment
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience (fitness or hospitality preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, approachable, and professional manner
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solution-focused attitude
  • Basic understanding of gym operations (desirable)
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
