About the RoleYou’ll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, developing curriculum content, and supporting learners across a range of construction-related courses. You’ll also contribute to course leadership, assessment, and quality assurance, ensuring students are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed in the built environment sector.
Essential Criteria- A HNC/HND or degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience
- Demonstrable industry experience
- Experience in a lecturing or training role within FE or HE
- Knowledge of innovative teaching methods and internal quality processes
- Strong ICT skills and the ability to use digital tools in teaching
- Deliver and assess a range of construction and built environment courses
- Develop curriculum materials and contribute to subject area development
- Lead or support course teams and ensure effective programme delivery
- Support student recruitment, guidance, and progression
- Participate in quality assurance, course verification, and curriculum planning
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
- Engage in professional development and contribute to departmental improvement
