Lecturer – Built Environment (Part Time) at Doncaster College
Actual Salary£13,727.32 – £17,375.49 per annum
Working PatternWednesday & Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm (15 hours per week)

- HNC/HND or degree in Construction Management or relevant industry experience.
- A demonstrable experience in a lecturing or training role within Further or Higher Education.
- Strong subject expertise to enhance the quality of taught programmes.
- Knowledge and experience of innovative learning and teaching techniques.
- Understanding of education/training initiatives and ability to use ICT as a teaching tool.
- Deliver engaging lessons and assess student work across Built Environment programmes.
- Develop curriculum materials and contribute to subject area development.
- Coordinate course teams and support the day‑to‑day running of programmes.
- Support learners through mentoring, guidance, and individualised learning plans.
- Participate in course verification, quality assurance, and departmental planning.
- Recruit and enrol students, meeting enrolment targets.
- Undertake professional development and contribute to the College’s appraisal system.
