We are looking for a full‑time Trainer Assessor to work primarily in manufacturing operations. The post involves delivering Level 2 Performing Manufacturing Operations, and potentially Business Improvement Techniques, via onsite training, assessment in the workplace and one‑to‑one support. Learners will be based with key employers in the North Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire areas.

• Deliver work‑based provision of Level 2 Performing Manufacturing Operations
• Deliver Business Improvement Techniques where required
• Assess competence in the workplace
• Provide one‑to‑one support and guidance to learners
• Manage employer, learner and college relationships, ensuring a strong customer focus

• Recent and relevant experience in the manufacturing industry
• Qualified assessor or Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, or suitable manufacturing work experience
• Experience in internal quality assurance and an associated qualification is an advantage
• Excellent communication, flexibility, sound organisational skills, team working and self‑directing ability
