GSL Education is currently recruiting Secondary School Teachers across a range of subjects to work with partner secondary schools in Scunthorpe. We welcome applications from experienced teachers, ECTs, and teachers returning to the profession who are seeking flexible or longer-term opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable).
Follow lesson plans or adapt teaching to meet the needs of learners.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote positive learning environments.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback when required.
Work collaboratively with department staff and senior leadership.
Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies at all times.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting.
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
A flexible, professional, and reliable approach to work.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
