GSL Education are seeking a dedicatedPrimary Teacherto work within welcoming and supportive primary schools inScunthorpe.

As aPrimary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your strengths and preferences. You will create a dynamic and inclusive classroom where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to achieve their best.

Responsibilities of a Primary School Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
• Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development
• Foster a positive classroom environment with effective behaviour management
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and senior leaders
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching as needed
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking in learners
• Participate in school events, CPD, and continuous school improvement efforts

Primary Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Recent teaching experience within a UK primary school setting
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Have anupdated CVand anEnhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
