We're looking for experienced Behaviour Support Workers to join a specialist team in a further education setting in Scunthorpe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high‑energy environments and is committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning.
Role Highlights:- Support students aged 16+ with SEMH and behavioural needs.
- De‑escalate incidents and promote positive behaviour strategies.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with learners.

- Experience working with SEMH and challenging behaviour.

- Team Teach or PRICE training is a strong advantage.
