Trainer- Assessor

Fixed Term Vacancy until July 2027 14 hours a week

Are you passionate about developing future leaders and professionals in business support roles? DN Colleges Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality apprenticeship training in Leadership & Management, Business Administration, and Customer Service. This is a part-time varied and rewarding role that involves classroom delivery, workplace assessment, and close collaboration with employers to ensure apprentices achieve their full potential.

You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning across the region.

This role is across Colleges, Doncaster and North Lindsey.

Monday 08:30 - 17:00

Friday 08:30 - 16:00

• Level 3 qualification in Business, Customer Service or Management.
• Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
• Experience in leadership, management, business administration and/or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions to apprentices in college and workplace settings.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor apprentice progress.
• Liaise with employers to ensure training meets business needs and apprenticeship standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with funding and awarding body requirements.
• Support apprentices with guidance, motivation and progression planning.
