Are you an experienced HLTA with a passion for supporting students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4?

Do you have strong classroom management and the confidence to support learning across a range of subjects?

Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in a welcoming mainstream secondary school?

The school is looking to take on a proactive HLTA on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful HLTA will be supporting students across KS3 and KS4, delivering intervention sessions, covering lessons where required, and working closely with teaching staff to ensure students remain engaged and motivated throughout the school day.

• HLTA qualification or relevant classroom-based experience
• Experience supporting students within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence supporting students across KS3 / KS4
• A positive and adaptable approach to learning support
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
