Play Worker

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Play Worker to join our team, providing key support across lunchtimes and implementing Opal Play.

As a Play Worker, you will be supporting pupils across lunchtime ensuring they have access to play equipment in line with Opal Play, working closely with support and lunchtime staff.

• GCSE English and Maths at C grade or above
• Experience of supporting pupils with lunch time play
• Awareness of Child Safeguarding
• Ability to effectively communicate with pupils and staff and ensure pupils have access to a variety of play equipment to develop imaginative play

As a Play Worker within Oasis Academy Henderson Avenue, you’ll be able to make a key difference to a pupil’s educational experience as a crucial part of the wider team, and will have the opportunity to develop your skillset with key training and development opportunities available.
