Trainer Assessor Manufacturing - PMO

Role Summary

Are you passionate about developing people and sharing your manufacturing expertise? DN Colleges Group is seeking a Trainer Assessor Manufacturing PMO to support the delivery of high-quality work-based learning programmes across manufacturing and warehousing environments.

• Deliver and assess manufacturing-related training programmes to individuals and groups of learners.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with employers and support business development activities.
• Provide pre-course and on-course guidance to learners, including interviews and programme placement.
• Plan, prepare and deliver learning programmes in line with College, awarding body and funding requirements.
• Conduct learner reviews, assessments and verification activities to support achievement and progression.
• Complete learner administration, record keeping and reporting accurately and on time.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities, course reviews, self-assessment and curriculum development.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support successful programme delivery.
• Participate in team meetings, staff development and continuous professional development activities.
• Support the achievement of recruitment and performance targets where appropriate.

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area.
• Relevant industrial or manufacturing experience.
• Thorough understanding of quality assurance processes.
• Strong communication, engagement and learner support skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire and effectively use digital systems and technology.

• Salary:
  Grade 5, £33,787 to £42,766 per annum.
• Permanent position.
• 35.5 hours per week.

• In DN Colleges we call this role Trainer Assessor Manufacturing PMO but you might know this as Manufacturing Trainer, Manufacturing Assessor, Manufacturing Skills Coach, Industrial Trainer Assessor or Production Operations Trainer.
• The role involves working across employer sites within North Lincolnshire, the Humber region and South Yorkshire.
• An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this position.
