Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust in Scunthorpe is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Community Rehabilitation Team in North Lincolnshire. You will work within a mental health pathway, carrying out assessments and interventions to support recovery and functional stability.
You will use MOHO as a framework, undertake risk assessments, and develop and discharge therapy plans in collaboration with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
