• Hands-on technical support (70%)
• Documentation and process improvement (10%)
• Team collaboration with IT staff and faculty (20%)
• Provide on-site IT support in a school environment
• Support live classrooms and understand how technology powers the school community

• On-site work in a school environment

• 1+ year of IT support, help desk, or technical support experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in a school environment

• Exposure to Windows Server or Active Directory
• Basic familiarity with Linux environments (Red Hat preferred)
• Experience supporting classrooms, labs, or education technology
• Interest in systems administration or infrastructure
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification (nice to have)
