Are you a Production Manager or looking to step up into that position within a growing business, taking charge of production planning for well know products while being provided a host of benefits including retailer discounts and access to training courses?

On offer is the opportunity to work at a long-standing business who in the last few years has become part of multinational group specialising in the production of a variety of packaging for household name products and companies.

You will be working closely with the Operations Manager, taking responsibility for coordinating production and shift patterns across all the staff. You will be conducting daily line walks, liaising with team leads and ensuring that product is consistently running smoothly.

This role would suit a Production Manager or similar looking to join a growing company taking charge of all production working within a good environment where they would be supported with training and provided a host of benefits including retail discounts.

The Role

Create and organise shift patterns
Working closely with Operations Manager and Team Leaders
Managing any issues with production
9am - 5pm Shifts

The Person

Production Manager or similar
Background in an FMCG environment
