Production Operative Late Shift

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our late shift team in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and be part of a fast‑paced, modern, and high‑tech production environment.

You will work as part of a warehouse or production team within a designated department (including Assembly, Goods In, MSU E‑Picks, and Production), supporting the manufacturing of kitchen components, picking and packing stock, and the loading and dispatch of completed orders.

Scunthorpe

Monday to Friday, full‑time (40 hours per week), 16:00‑00:30

£13.90

• Work as part of a warehouse team within a designated department (Assembly Lines, Goods‑In and Production) to see through the manufacturing of kitchen components, picking and packing of stock, and loading of complete orders
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge to effectively perform the role
• Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times
• Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Supervisor

• Previous warehouse or production experience is an advantage but not essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Flexible, committed, and punctual
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email is beneficial but not essential
