2 Sisters Food Group at Scunthorpe is seeking a Shift Team Leader to manage a busy production line at our largest site. You will report to the Shift Manager and lead a team of around 4 direct and 40 indirect reports, driving output, compliance, and safety across multiple product lines.
We value proactive leaders with FMCG experience who thrive under pressure, communicate clearly, and energise a diverse team. Full food-safety training will be provided for the right candidate.
