Artifex Interior Systems Limited is seeking a Unit Leader to supervise and control operations on a 3-shift rotation (nights, afternoons, mornings) to meet production targets within budget.
You will lead and develop operators, manage crewing and handovers, drive safety and quality improvements, and coordinate with support functions to resolve issues. A background in automotive unionised environments and formal management training is preferred.
