We are recruiting for an experianced structural steel fabricator welder to join a busy well established Structural steel company based in Scunthorpe

Job Role:

Fabricate and weld structural steel to engineering drawings
Carry out MIG welding to a high standard
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Assemble and prepare steel components for production
Use fabrication tools and machinery safely and effectively
Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in strutural steel fabrication
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Experience with MIG welding (coded welding advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and quality of work
Good understanding of health & safety in a fabrication environment
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work overtime when required
