Aqumen Recruitment is recruiting for a Manufacturing Team Leader in Scunthorpe for a high‑volume manufacturing operation. You will lead a team of operatives, ensure safe, on-time production, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Planning to resolve issues.
You will drive Lean practices, monitor KPIs, and develop staff while ensuring training, procedures and health & safety standards are maintained. This role follows a rotating shift pattern with clear opportunities for progression.
