2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is hiring a Team Leader for a fast-paced food production area. You will manage 10-15 staff, ensure on-time orders, and uphold safety and hygiene standards. The role operates on rotating shifts: 06:00-14:30 Mon-Sat and 14:30-23:00 Mon-Fri, with an hourly rate of £15.00 (+1.2x on Saturdays).
You will train and coach operatives, monitor wastage, and ensure proper PPE use, while maintaining high housekeeping standards and team cohesion.
