2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is looking for a First Line Manager on a permanent contract to join our Wholebird department (A shift).

Reporting to the Shift Manager, as a

First Line Manager
you will have 4 direct reports (Team Leaders) and approximately 40 indirect reports. You will take ownership of production line output across various lines in the Wholebird operation, ensuring each line operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

It's essential that you have experience in an FMCG/Food Manufacturing environment along with demonstrable experience of leading and motivating a team.

You’ll be a confident and motivated leader with a background in FMCG or food manufacturing. For those that don't come from food production specifically - we'll provide full food safety training.

• Willingness to learn and get "hands on".
• Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of productivity and performance-based operations
• Knowledge of GMP and quality standards
