Key responsibilities Lead high-quality pitches, proposals and tender submissions. Develop compelling client-focused messaging and manage bid feedback. Coordinate client events, sponsor ships and partnerships. Manage legal directory and awards submissions. Produce and maintain lawyer profiles, credentials and marketing materials. Support business plans, campaigns and cross-selling initiatives. Research clients, markets and competitors to identify opportunities. Support key client programmes and CRM activity.
Represent BD at practice group meetings and collaborate with international teams. About the candidate The successful candidate will have:
Strong bids/business development experience in a professional services environment. Experience managing complex, cross-practice or cross-office submissions. Excellent written communication, organisation and project management skills. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing effectively. A proactive, commercial and collaborative approach. Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Experience with Vuture and Inter Action . Previous UK law firm experience is desirable. What's on offer:
