Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Salary: Band 8a–8b (Depending on experience)

Hours: Up to full-time (30-37.5 hours per week)

We’re partnering with a busy training practice in Scunthorpe that is looking for a skilled and confident Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, dual-sited practice serving a patient population of 20,000, alongside a professional team of over 50 staff, including 7 GPs, 4 nurses, nurse associates, and healthcare assistants.

, while contributing to the ongoing development of a high-performing primary care team.

• Advanced clinical expertise in managing same-day presentations and urgent care triage
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with GPs and the wider practice team
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in System One
• Experience in primary care and ideally as an ANP or equivalent advanced clinical role
