Join Our Community Nursing Team - Make a Difference Every Day. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join the Adult Community Nursing Team within North Lincolnshire Community Services on a bank basis
. This flexible opportunity offers shifts 7 days a week between 07:15 and 21:15, allowing you to work hours and days that suit you while supporting an essential service in the community.

In this rewarding role, you'll deliver District Nursing visits
, providing high‑quality, person‑centred care to patients in their own homes. Every day brings variety, independence, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

• Assess patient needs and help plan, deliver, and evaluate care that truly makes a difference.
• Carry out delegated nursing duties independently, using your clinical skills and judgement.
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, building strong links with other professionals and agencies.
• Offer practical advice, reassurance, and education to patients and their carers.

Essential

• NMC registration – registered adult nurse
• Car owner / driver
• Registered Nurse (UK registration)

Desirable

• Previous Community Nursing experience
• Proficiency in additional Community Nursing competencies (e.g., phlebotomy, male catheterisation)
• Clean driving licence
