Registered Nurse - Bank

Prime Life is looking for dedicated care professionals to join as a Registered Bank Nurse (Bank). You must hold a current NMC pin. This role is based at Phoenix Park Care Village in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, caring for 146 residents who have a range of age‑related health, physical, and mental health conditions, including Dementia. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of each resident’s individual abilities.

• Complete nursing notes accurately
• Assist in the safe ordering, custody, storage and administration of all medication
• Ensure that care plans and records are evaluated, up-to-date and accurate
• Take responsibility for updated and performing tasks on the clinical calendar
• Visit each client daily to assess their needs and continually seek to improve care delivered
• Ensure compliance with NMC code of conduct at all times
• Respect each client’s dignity and independence regardless of severity of their condition
• Lead nursing clients during daily handover with care staff and nurses
• Attend and participate in daily meetings and share information
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager to meet changing business needs

You should have a genuine caring nature and desire to make a real difference. A valid nursing pin and post‑qualification experience in a clinical setting are essential. Experience with residents who have age‑related, life‑limiting health conditions, and physical disabilities is preferred. Patience, understanding, and respect for residents’ individual abilities are required.
