Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Sister for Ward 3 to drive high standards of patient care and support the Ward Manager and Deputy Ward Manager. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate staff training, and contribute to implementing evidence-based care across the ward.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop the nursing staff, address training needs, and ensure delivery of high-quality care for patients on the ward.
