Overview

Our very successful manufacturing client based in Scunthorpe is now looking for an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to join their team. The Quality and Compliance Manager will ensure that their products and services meet regulatory standards and internal quality requirements, oversee the quality management systems, and strive for continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Quality and Compliance Strategies
Conduct internal audits
Monitor, create and update Quality and Compliance documentation
Investigate quality issues
Documentation management
Cross‑functional collaboration
Supplier management
Continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Quality Management or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality and compliance role
Minimum 2 years of management experience
Experience leading BRC, ISO
9001, and FDSC audits

Skills

Management/Leadership
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
