What you'll do

Store Assistant in Scunthorpe – 20 hours per week.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

In this fast‑paced role you’ll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need while handling deliveries, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean and preparing orders. It can get hot in summer and chilly in winter, but if you care about doing a good job and providing great customer service, you’ll fit right in.

No retail experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling deliveries and unpacking stock.
• Keeping the store clean and shelves stocked.
• Preparing and fulfilling customer orders.
• Providing outstanding service during busy times.
• Sales of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.

• A warm, friendly personality to maintain high store standards.
