Entain plc is hiring for a Retail Customer Service Manager in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You’ll deliver top customer service, drive standards, and work as part of the Shop team reporting to the Shop Manager.
The role involves taking bets on sports, handling cash, demonstrating products and terminals, and resolving customer concerns while aiming for targets and high shop standards. 15-hour weekly rota with varied shifts.
