07:30 - 16:30 (Monday to Friday)

The Best Connection are looking for a hands-on, safety-conscious operator to manage our carbon bagging line in Scunthorpe. If you're comfortable with heavy lifting, working at heights, and in confined spaces, this could be the role for you. No formal tickets required-just a strong work ethic and a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.

• Operate and monitor the automated carbon bagging line.
• Ensure accurate filling, sealing, and labelling of bags.
• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move materials and pallets.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy bags and equipment.
• Work in environments that may involve heights and confined spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the work area.
• Report faults and assist with basic maintenance.

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence - essential.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting, heights, and confined spaces.
• Experience in production, warehouse, or industrial settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health & safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.

• £12.21 per hour, rising to £18.31 per hour after 40 hours.
• Full training and support from a friendly, experienced team.
