Candidate ProfileThe right candidate s will be someone who has a social work degree and who are registered with Social Work England. They will be a strong team player with a proactive approach to work as part of a busy Social Work Team. These positions are open to experienced workers and Newly Qualified Social Workers and we offer an ASYE year.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be highly motivated and will undertake Care Act Assessments, support/care planning and commission services with person centred outcomes. They will provide be able to provide social work supervision and have experience of social work management. They will be able to travel throughout North Lincolnshire independently as we cover all of the North Lincolnshire area. Knowledge of adult social care legislation and frameworks are essential.
Qualifications & SkillsYou will need to demonstrate an ability to problem solve and good negotiation skills, along with effective communication, organisational and IT skills. You will need to be flexible, resilient and dedicated to team work., Candidates must be able to evidence their right to work in the UK. Please note the council does not hold a sponsor licence to sponsor people to work in the UK.
SalaryGrade 7 to 8 - £32,597 to £41,771 per year
