Youth Justice Support Worker X2 Posts

We are looking for a passionate and committed Youth Justice Support Worker to join our Youth Justice Partnership team.

You will work directly with children aged 10-18, helping them make positive changes and achieve better outcomes for themselves, their families and their communities.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will:

• Manage a caseload of children and deliver tailored interventions
• Build trusted relationships with children and their families
• Work restoratively to help repair harm and support victims
• Collaborate with a range of partner agencies
• Use trauma-informed and Child First approaches in your practice

We are looking for someone with experience of working with children and families, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.

Knowledge of youth justice, safeguarding and restorative practice would be an advantage.
