The Community Payback supervisor role is an operational position within the Probation Service, based in Yorkshire and the Humber (Scunthorpe & Grimsby). You will supervise offenders on unpaid work placements, including driving duties where required, and support them to complete tasks to a high standard.
The role involves weekend work and earnings may include higher rates for weekend days. You will have access to annual pay progression under the Civil Service framework.
