We're looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver, ideally someone confident handling awkward or irregular pallets, to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Scunthorpe. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established company that values safety, teamwork, and long-term development.

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Handle awkward or oversized pallets with care and precision
• Load and unload vehicles in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organised working environment
• Complete daily forklift safety checks
• Follow all site health and safety procedures

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT
• Confidence working with awkward or non-standard pallets
• Strong attention to detail and excellent safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
