HGV Class 1 Driver – Tramping (GBA Logistics)

£40,000 – £44,640 plus optional additional shifts

At GBA Logistics, we're expanding and looking for professional Class 1 Drivers to join our Dedicated Fleet team in Scunthorpe. This role involves general haulage and dock work, with a requirement to stay out 4 nights per week. You will represent GBA with pride and professionalism, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional logistics solutions.

• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness
• Ensure safe and secure loading with correct load restraint
• Comply with traffic laws, Working Time Directive and tachograph regulations
• Drive safely and fuel‑efficiently
• Complete regular walk‑around inspections
• Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and professional presentation

• A customer‑friendly manner with a positive, can‑do attitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A strong understanding of tachograph rules and Working Time Directive
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum 6 months UK Class 1 (LGV C+E) driving experience
• No DD or DR offences
• No more than 6 points on your licence
