Class 1 Trunker Drivers
- Nights & Days Available

We are urgently recruiting 6 x Class 1 Night Trunker Drivers for Monday to Friday evening work on short, clean trunk routes.

• Monday to Friday nights
• Start times between 18:00 - 20:00
• Routes include Birtley, Wellingborough & Stoke
• Short, straightforward depot‑to‑depot runs

• Guaranteed 42 hours pay per week
• Based on 5 shifts
• Any additional hours paid at overtime rate
• Any shortfall still paid at 42 hours

• Class 1 Store Driver: £19.19 per hour
• Class 1 Trunker Driver: £17.47 per hour

• Class 1 Store Driver: £24.07 per hour
• Class 1 Trunker Driver: £21.92 per hour

• Tuesday to Friday plus Saturday
• Friday to Monday
• 4 days per week
• Weekend availability required (especially Saturdays)

• 42 hours guaranteed pay per week
• Overtime paid after 45 hours

Store delivery work can also include Class 2 drivers

• Work every other Saturday, or
• Follow rotational patterns (e.g. Wednesday to Saturday / Tuesday to Friday)

• Class 1 Store Driver: £18.10 per hour
• Class 1 Trunker Driver: £16.48 per hour

• Class 1 Store Driver: £20.36 per hour
• Class 1 Trunker Driver: £18.54 per hour

• Depot-to-depot trunking (no multi-drop)
• Store delivery work (for day roles)
• Clean, well-planned routes
• Minimal manual handling
• Driving modern, well-maintained vehicles

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• CPC & Digital Tachograph card
• Minimum 6 months experience essential
• Class 2 accepted for some store delivery roles
• Reliable and professional

• Guaranteed weekly pay (no drops in earnings)
• Clean, simple trunking work
• Consistent routes and start times
• Strong earning potential with overtime
