REED Business Support is currently recruiting for two reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy warehouse team on a initially on a temporary basis for 6 – 8 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of accuracy. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time, while maintaining excellent stock control and warehouse standards.

Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders in line with company standards and customer requirements. Work collaboratively as part of the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets. Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and shipped within agreed timescales. Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety throughout the warehouse and working areas. Support stock management activities, including stock rotation, stock checks and inventory validation.

Process incoming goods and materials in a timely and efficient manner. Report any stock, equipment or operational issues to supervisors promptly. Assist with warehouse projects and additional tasks as required. Ensure company equipment and property are used correctly and cared for appropriately. Follow all Health & Safety procedures and report any accidents, incidents or potential hazards. Adhere to company quality standards and operating procedures at all times.

About You Have previous experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment. Can work accurately and efficiently, paying close attention to detail. Able to work well independently and as part of a team. Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Committed to maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality. Have good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday –

Shifts:

6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm
